• The license tag number of the motor vehicle;
• The name and telephone number of another person who may authorize repair work, if the customer desires to designate such person;

• The policy issue date
• The policy number

• Information we receive from you in creating estimates and processing insurance claims;
• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
• Information we receive from non-affiliated third parties, including consumer reporting agencies and insurance support organizations and vehicle lien holders.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information through internal program passwords, shredding, and remote hosting of our credit card processing services.  We do not store credit card numbers and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.  We strive to maintain adequate physical, electroic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information.
