Manager - Auto Body Shop Manager Estimator

• ICAR / ICAR Platinum certification, ASE Certification, Welding, Paint and Refinishing, computer skills, insurance experience Must have experience working with insurance companies, fleet companies and customers.
• Management experience to including overall business and finance expertise including tracking sales, calculating gross profit - expenses and net profit
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office - WORD & Excel; Basic accounting and Autobody estimating software.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and remain calm
- Manage vendor relationships with insurance providers and suppliers
- Oversee the Profitability of the facility and manage resources (employees and equipment) to produce an overall excellent experience
- Monitor quality control, compliance, cost adherence
- Communicate with company management and plan future improvements and strategies
